A It depends on which letters. If you cannot fit your name in the name input section (ie more than approximately 20 letters), please send me an e-mail through the Contact Us section.
A Yes all stamps except size XS.
A 1. You can use to clean the silicon part of the stamp. You just need to put the cleaning solution onto a tissue or cloth and gently wipe the silicon end of the stamp.
A 2. When the ink on the stamp pad gets sticky and very thick you can put a few drops of the cleaning solution on the stamp pad.
A 3. When you make a mistake on a hard shiny surface like plastic, you can wipe it off with the cleaning solution as long as surface is smooth. *note: It is possible for the cleaning solution to remove other print or coating on an item so please test on a small patch before you use it.
A No. The cleaning solution only removes stamps off a hard flat surface such as shiny plastic
A You can use the cleaning solution provided. Just drop a small amount of cleaning solution onto a tissue or cloth and gently wipe the silicon end of the stamp. You can also use a toothbrush to clean excess ink from the silicon end of the stamp. Please use a soft brush and a gentle action to avoid damage.
A It will be all depend on the material & how many times you wash the item. The name should last at least one season and in most cases a full year however if the name does come off you simply need to quickly stamp again.
A You may need re-ink after 3 – 12 months of use depending on how often you use the stamp. When the stamped name looks light in colour and washes out in a few washes, you need to re-ink the stamp pad. Please refer FAQ No 14 & 15 about adding the ink to the stamp pad.

Problem Solving
A Please check to make sure the ink is spread evenly on the stamp.
This is the most impoprtant point
A The stamp Pad does not have enough ink. Please add no more than 10-15 drops at one time evenly across the pad including the edges and leave the ink pad for at least 15 mins before using. Please do NOT add too much as you can always add more but you cannot take it off if you add too much!
A If the ink pad has been over inked (ie more than 10-15 drops were added to the ink pad)
it may create blurry image.
Or if you have just added ink to the inkpad please make sure you wait at least 15 minutes
before you start using the pad.
A Please put a few drops of the cleaning solution on the stamp pad to make it soft and then add more ink. Please refer FAQ No 14 & 15 about adding ink to the stamp pad.
A Please put the lid on to the stamp pad and keep in the sealed plastic bag. Permanent ink dries out quicker than normal ink. You may try to soften again with the Cleaning Solution (please refer FAQ No 16) or you may need to buy a new Stamp Pad
A It is possible to lose the dot on the letter “i” in stamps and it’s unavoidable. In general an “i” without a dot is still easily recognised as an “i”.
A We provide a 100% money back guarantee, if you are not happy with our product and return it within 30 days from receipt.
